Q: How do I place an order?

Simply browse our menu, add your favorite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We’ll guide you through the process, for same day delivery our delivery team will deliver right to your door!

Q: What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Vancouver as within Metro Vancouver. If you're unsure if we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us!

Q: What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from 12pm to 10 pm daily. Orders placed after 10 pm will be delivered the next day.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, you can find the minimum spends per neighbourhood listed on our home page. If you are unable to meet the minimum spend, send us a message anyways and we can work something out.

Q: How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times typically range from 30 – 90 minutes depending on your location and order volume. Most orders are delivered in under 60 minutes. We'll send you updates once your order is on its way!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and e-transfer for same day delivery and e-transfer for mail order.

Q: Do I need to show ID?

If you look under the age of 25 you may be asked to show your ID, please make sure you have it on you just in case.

If you click the ‘Shop’ button on our homepage it will take you to our extensive menu of premium products that gets updated weekly.

Q: What happens if I have an issue with my order?

If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately at 236 877 8754 and we’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?

Yes! We offer special deals, promotions, and a loyalty program for returning customers. You can sign up on our website and start accumulating points with each order to go towards discounts on future orders.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or make changes to your order, contact us asap so that we can make the proper adjustments.

Q: How long does delivery take?
All packages are mailed out with Express shipping and will take 1-2 days. Shipping cost is $25, however orders over $200 will receive free shipping!
Q: What if I'm looking for same-day delivery?
Currently, our same-day weed delivery service is available in select areas only. Visit our "Same Day Weed Delivery" page for more information and to check if your area is covered.
